The Board of Management consists of eight members: two nominated by the Patron, two elected by parents, the Principal, one teacher elected by staff, and two community members nominated by the initial six. The Board’s term runs for just over four years, with the current board serving from December 2023 to 2027.
The Board governs the school, including policy formation, staff appointments (with Minister and Patron approval), and financial oversight. It must comply with all relevant legislation, the Rules for National Schools, the Constitution of Boards of Management, and Department of Education directives.
